Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cherry Picked website at becherrypicked.com and your participation in any Cherry Picked events. By accessing

our website, submitting an application, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for or attend a Cherry Picked event. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old

and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Application and Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or admission to any Cherry Picked event. All applications are reviewed manually at our sole discretion. We reserve

the right to deny any application for any reason without explanation. Approval to our applicant pool does not guarantee a spot at any specific event — spots are limited and

subject to availability.

We reserve the right to revoke an applicant's approved status or remove any attendee from our platform at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not

limited to violation of these Terms or conduct we deem inconsistent with the Cherry Picked community standards.

Ticket Purchases and Payments

Ticket purchases are final subject to the refund policy outlined below. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Cherry Picked

to charge the applicable ticket price to your selected payment method.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Attendee-initiated cancellations: If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must submit your cancellation request to info@becherrypicked.com at least 4 calendar days prior to the

event date to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received fewer than 4 calendar days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Cherry Picked-initiated cancellations: In the event that Cherry Picked cancels or reschedules an event for any reason, all ticket holders for that event will receive a full refund.

Cherry Picked is not responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred as a result of an event cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to travel, accommodation,

or other expenses.

Event Conduct

By attending a Cherry Picked event, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, appropriate, and professional manner toward all other attendees, hosts, and staff.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior of any kind

Discriminatory language or conduct based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or any other characteristic

Recording any portion of an event without the explicit written consent of Cherry Picked and all participants

Sharing another attendee's personal information without their consent

Any conduct that Cherry Picked determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to other attendees or the Cherry Picked community

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the event and permanent ban from all future Cherry Picked events, without refund.

Privacy and Matching

Cherry Picked facilitates introductions between attendees through a mutual opt-in matching process. Contact information is only shared between attendees who have mutually

selected each other and have consented to share their information. Cherry Picked is not responsible for any interactions, communications, or outcomes that occur between

attendees following a match or event.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Cherry Picked website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Cherry Picked and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used

without our express written permission.

By submitting an application or attending an event, you grant Cherry Picked a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use any testimonials, feedback, written responses,

or reviews you voluntarily provide for marketing, promotional, and business purposes, in any format or medium, without additional compensation or notification to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cherry Picked provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website

will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any event will result in any particular outcome, introduction, or relationship.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cherry Picked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to

your use of our website or participation in our events, including but not limited to damages related to the outcome of any introduction, match, or relationship resulting from a

Cherry Picked event.

Cherry Picked's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Cherry Picked's services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the

parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications to These Terms

Cherry Picked reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our

website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cherry Picked with respect to your use of our website and participation in our events, and

supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
