Cherry Picked is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for participants in its virtual dating events. This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct that is prohibited when applying for, participating in, or otherwise using Cherry Picked’s website, events, communications, and services.
By using Cherry Picked’s services, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
Cherry Picked’s services are intended only for adults age 18 or older. Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information during the application and registration process. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or knowingly provide materially false or misleading information.
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or admission to a Cherry Picked event. Cherry Picked reserves the right to accept or decline applicants at its discretion.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Cherry Picked’s website, events, communications, or services to engage in, facilitate, promote, solicit, or encourage:
Any illegal or fraudulent activity;
Human trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or coercion;
Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, or violence;
Hate speech or discriminatory harassment;
Scams, financial fraud, or attempts to obtain money or property from other participants through deception;
Impersonation or intentional misrepresentation of your identity;
Commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotion unrelated to the intended purpose of Cherry Picked;
Any activity intended to exploit, harm, threaten, deceive, or endanger another participant; or
Any other activity that violates applicable law or materially compromises the safety or integrity of Cherry Picked’s services.
Sexual Exploitation and Prohibited Content
Cherry Picked strictly prohibits the use of its website, events, communications, or services to create, submit, share, display, solicit, facilitate, promote, or distribute:
Sexually explicit or pornographic profile content or other sexually explicit material;
Any content depicting, promoting, facilitating, or relating to child sexual exploitation or abuse, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
Content depicting, promoting, threatening, or encouraging sexual violence or sexual exploitation; or
Intimate, sexual, or sexually explicit content involving another person that is shared, created, or distributed without that person’s consent.
Any conduct involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor is strictly prohibited. Cherry Picked may immediately remove or restrict access to prohibited content, reject or remove participants, terminate access to its services, and report suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
4. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to interact with others respectfully and to use Cherry Picked for its intended purpose: meeting other selected participants through curated virtual dating events. Participants may not use an event to harass, threaten, solicit, deceive, or otherwise mistreat another participant.
Participation in a Cherry Picked event does not create any obligation for another participant to continue communicating or interacting after the event.
5. Contact Information and Mutual Interest
Following an event, participants may indicate which individuals, if any, they are comfortable sharing contact information with. Cherry Picked will only facilitate the exchange of contact information when both participants have independently indicated mutual interest.
A participant’s contact information will not be shared with another participant through this process without mutual consent.
6. Enforcement
Cherry Picked reserves the right to reject an application, deny participation, remove a participant from an event, restrict future participation, or take other appropriate action if we reasonably believe that a participant has violated this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
Where appropriate, Cherry Picked may also cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities regarding suspected unlawful activity.
7. Reporting Concerns
Participants who experience or become aware of conduct that may violate this policy are encouraged to contact Cherry Picked promptly.
